Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Store Team Leader in Norwich to oversee a Sales Advisors team, drive commercially focused store performance, and support leadership in delivering premium customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail
• Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Good product knowledge including brands, trends and materials
• Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, stock control and loss prevention

Responsibilities
