Job summary

KeyPartners, on behalf of a prestigious global Luxury Homewear Brand, seeks a Concession Manager to lead their flagship space inside Harrods, London. The role requires strong commercial acumen, team leadership, and a passion for delivering an exceptional high-end customer experience.

You will drive revenue, manage stock and VM compliance, build lasting relationships with HNWIs, and work closely with Brand Head Office to align standards. Experience in luxury retail and Harrods is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in luxury retail with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and optimize stock in a concession.
• Strong clienteling skills with High-Net-Worth customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the concession's commercial strategy, sales targets and KPIs.
• Directly manage and mentor a team of 2 Client Advisors.
• Build relationships with VIP clients and leverage CRM for loyalty.
• Coordinate with Brand Head Office and Harrods store management.
• Oversee stock, inventory control, and seasonal rollouts.
