Outside The Box Recruitment is seeking a Senior Stylist/Sales Consultant for a luxury sustainable ladieswear brand, opening a Harrods concession in the Super Brands section. The role reports to the Concession Manager and sits in a small team delivering high‑end clientelling and styling services.

You will close sales, maintain visual presentation, use the CRM, build client relationships, and attend events. 2+ years in luxury fashion, strong English, and a positive team player attitude are

Qualifications

• 2yrs+ as a Stylist/Sales Consultant within luxury ladieswear fashion.
• Desirable to have a personal client book.
• Passionate about sustainable fashion and current editorials.
• Able to style and sell to a discerning clientele using clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Concession Manager as part of a 4‑person styling team.
• Deliver exceptional clientelling and styling services.
• Demonstrate strong selling skills with a focus on closing.
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Use the CRM to follow through on sales and client records.
• Attend out‑of‑hours events and handle concession operations as needed.
