Qualifications

• Luxury fashion or premium retail experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong clienteling skills and exceptional luxury service standards.
• Commercially minded with ability to interpret sales data and drive performance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the concession team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Coach, train and develop team members, manage rota and coverage.
• Deliver exceptional luxury client experience and manage VIP clients.
• Collaborate with store management and cross-functional teams on events.
• Analyse sales data, monitor stock, and drive product launches and promotions.
• Maintain luxury visual merchandising and operational standards.
