Job summary

Technogym seeks an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Harrods concession and Mayfair boutique in London. You will drive sales growth, coach high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience across premium locations.

The role reports to the Home Sales Director and requires a results-oriented leader with strong analytical and commercial management skills. You’ll manage stock, reporting, and stakeholder relationships with Harrods and internal teams, ensuring outstanding

Qualifications

8+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in premium luxury retail.
Proven track record of delivering sales targets and improving performance.
Strong leadership, coaching and organisational skills.
Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce and SAP advantageous.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth, profitability and achievement of targets across Harrods and Mayfair locations.
Analyse sales trends, customer behaviour and market opportunities to maximise performance.
Develop and implement action plans to increase revenue, margins and store productivity.
Monitor KPIs and address performance gaps proactively.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional customer engagement.
Build strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Ensure consistent retail and brand standards are maintained across locations.
Oversee the sales pipeline, customer journey and after-sales experience.
