This British luxury brand is renowned for its timeless design, meticulous craftsmanship, and understated elegance.

This is a key leadership role within a beautifully curated concession environment, where craftsmanship, heritage, and elevated service are at the heart of the brand. You will take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the business, leading a team of 3 while driving performance through a highly personalised, client‑focused approach.

This role is heavily focused on one‑to‑one selling, relationship building, and clienteling, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury sales environment and understands how to cultivate long‑term client relationships.

The Role

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 3 to deliver exceptional results
• Drive sales performance and exceed commercial targets
• Deliver best‑in‑class luxury service standards at all times
• Build and maintain a strong personal client book through proactive clienteling
• Maximise CRM opportunities to strengthen customer retention and loyalty
• Oversee operational excellence, stock management, and concession standards
• Build strong relationships with host store management and internal stakeholders
• Coach the team through regular one‑to‑ones, product training, and performance management

About You

• Proven management experience within premium or luxury retail is essential
• Strong background in high‑value one‑to‑one selling and client development
• Passion for luxury craftsmanship, leather goods, and exceptional service
• Commercially driven with a track record of delivering against targets
• Experienced in leading, motivating, and developing small teams
• Strong understanding of CRM, KPIs, and luxury clienteling strategies
