Job summary

Technogym S.p.A. is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our Harrods concession and Mayfair boutique. You will drive sales growth, manage premium customer experiences, and translate data into action to elevate performance across two iconic locations.

You will head a high-performing team, nurture client relationships, and ensure impeccable brand standards while coordinating with marketing and internal partners to deliver results and exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in premium luxury retail.
• Strong record of delivering sales targets and improving commercial performance.
• Excellent team leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, profitability and targets across two flagship locations (Harrods & Mayfair).
• Analyse sales trends and customer behaviour to maximise performance.
• Develop and implement action plans to increase revenue and margins.
• Monitor KPIs and address performance gaps proactively.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with exceptional customer engagement.
• Build strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure retail and brand standards are consistently met.
• Oversee sales pipeline, customer journey, and after-sales experience.
• Maintain product knowledge, visual merchandising, and showroom presentation.
• Manage daily retail operations, stock, reporting, and stakeholder relationships.
