• Experience managing a high-end restaurant or multiple outlets in luxury hotels.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for diverse teams.
• Knowledge of fine-dining service standards, menu development and wine programs.
• Budgeting, P&L responsibility and cost-control techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily operations of one or more restaurants to meet five-star standards.
• Recruit and train front-of-house and kitchen staff; mentor teams.
• Maintain rigorous quality, hygiene, and safety standards per Forbes Travel Guide.
• Manage inventory, purchasing and cost control to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with spa, bar and accommodation teams to create integrated guest journeys.
• Analyse guest feedback and metrics; implement improvements.
• Represent the restaurant at events and community initiatives.
