Beaverbrook Estate is seeking a Reservations Sales Coordinator to join our luxury hotels. You will handle bedroom, spa and dining reservations, delivering a high-end guest experience from first contact. The role focuses on selling, upselling experiences and creating memorable stays.

Ideal candidates will have hotel bookings experience or related travel/corporate bookings. 40 hours per week, shifts 07:00-15:30 or 13:30-22:00, with a base salary of £28,450 plus tron and up to £10,000 commission.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel bookings preferred.
• Strong communication and telephone skills.
• Attention to detail and good IT skills for booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Maximise room revenue by selling and upselling rooms, dining experiences and packages.
• Handle bedroom, spa and dining reservations via telephone and email.
• Learn the product in detail to confidently sell a bespoke Beaverbrook experience.
