Job summary

Beaverbrook is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure a seamless, five-star experience for Members, Residents and Guests across the Estate. You will be a visible, polished presence, delivering warm, intuitive service and building genuine rapport at every touchpoint.

You will oversee estate-wide operations, manage guest flow and VIP arrivals, coordinate spa, restaurant and event bookings, and collaborate with all departments to maintain exceptional standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality in a supervisory or managerial role is essential.
• Familiar with, or eager to work to, LQA-style standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estate-wide operations and supervise teams to ensure smooth daily service.
• Manage guest movement, occupancy and VIP arrivals.
• Coordinate spa, restaurant and event bookings across departments.
• Build rapport with guests and ensure consistent recognition and service at every touchpoint.
