Job summary

SHY Aviation in Central London is seeking an experienced Private Aviation Advisor to join our Private Aviation team. This client-facing sales role focuses on developing and managing relationships with HNWI, UHNWIs, and corporate clients, guiding enquiries through to booking.

You will generate new business, manage a portfolio of ~50 high-value accounts, and deliver a bespoke charter experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in private aviation or luxury sales and is willing to

Qualifications

• Proven sales and negotiation experience in private aviation or luxury/high-value sales.
• Ability to build premium client relationships and manage complex accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new high-value clients through outbound outreach.
• Build and manage a portfolio of HNWI, UHNWI, and corporate clients.
• Prepare bespoke charters and quotations with strong commercial judgement.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to hit revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in Zoho CRM.
