Menska Recruitment is seeking a commercially driven Private Aviation Advisor to join its London team, focusing on building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, UHNW clients and corporate customers while delivering a premium charter experience.

This is a high-performance sales role where you will close high-value deals, produce bespoke quotations, and manage charter requests from enquiry to booking.

Qualifications

• Experience in private aviation sales, charter brokerage or luxury/high-value sales.
• Strong relationship management and commercial instincts.
• Comfortable handling premium clients and high-value conversations.
• Self-motivated, resilient and target driven.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business through outbound activity, referrals and inbound enquiries
• Building and managing relationships with HNWI, UHNWI and corporate clients
• Managing charter requests from enquiry through to booking confirmation
• Producing bespoke charter quotations and negotiating deals
• Identifying upsell opportunities across wider luxury and aviation services
• Attending networking events and building market presence
• Maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM management
