Job summary

Beaverbrook, a leading luxury country house hotel in Leatherhead, is seeking an experienced Reception Supervisor. You’ll be the most experienced receptionist on duty, leading the shift and supporting the team to deliver the guest experience.

You’ll greet guests, manage check‑in/check‑out, handle requests with warmth, train new starters, and work with Duty Managers to ensure smooth arrivals and departures. Opera Cloud is used for billing and profiles.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reception or luxury hospitality is essential.
• Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
• Comfort with training colleagues and leading shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out.
• Ensure smooth running of Reception during shifts.
• Train new starters and guide colleagues in systems and standards.
• Build rapport with guests and handle requests confidently.
• Provide warm, professional telephone service and accurate billing.
