Applicants should have experience in a luxury hotel as a Reception Supervisor or Receptionist, strong guest-focus, and emotional intelligence. Opera knowledge is desirable, and live-in accommodation is available where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a luxury four- or five-star hotel as Reception Supervisor or Receptionist.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, welcoming and friendly in spirit.
• Strong customer service with ability to create memorable guest experiences.
• Emotional intelligence to anticipate guests' needs.
• Knowledge of Opera is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with personalised service at all times.
• Collaborate with Front Office management to ensure a seamless operation.
• Guide and empower team members to the limit of their experience and knowledge.
• Work full-time, 5 days out of 7, including weekends, 40 hours per week.
