Beaverbrook in Leatherhead, a luxury country house hotel, seeks an experienced Reception Supervisor to lead the front desk during shifts.
You'll develop your leadership skills, train new starters, manage guest check-in/out, and ensure a warm, professional guest journey, with Opera Cloud to support daily operations.
Beaverbrook holds two MICHELIN Keys and is regarded as one of the UK's leading country house hotels. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist who is ready to take the next step, develop their leadership skills and build their career in luxury hospitality.
Reception is at the heart of the hotel and the Beaverbrook guest experience. As Reception Supervisor, you'll be the most experienced Receptionist on duty, working hands-on at the desk either independently or alongside a colleague, while taking responsibility for supporting the team and overseeing the shift.

You'll work closely with the Duty Managers and wider Estate teams to ensure the guest journey runs smoothly from arrival through to departure.
You'll already have experience in Reception or luxury hospitality and be ready to take the next step in your career. You'll be keen to develop your leadership skills while remaining hands-on and very much part of the Reception team.
You'll be warm, engaging and confident around people, with a genuine desire to create a great experience for every guest. You'll have excellent communication skills, good telephone etiquette and understand the importance of service that feels warm, professional and personal.
You'll be highly organised, reliable and resilient, with excellent attention to detail. You'll be computer literate and confident using systems, with a methodical approach to processing information, updating profiles and ensuring billing and reservations are accurate.
You'll be well-presented and take pride in how you represent Beaverbrook. You'll have high standards and the confidence to support, guide and train others. Most importantly, you'll be a team player who enjoys being on the desk, working alongside colleagues and getting involved when things get busy.
