You will promote all Beaverbrook services, ensure accurate billing, and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience, aligned with our five-star standards and wellbeing focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a five-star establishment in a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and drive guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service is performed to a professional standard at all times.
• Keep employees informed of restaurant goals, budgets and standards.
• Obtain feedback from guests and share with Management and Chefs to improve service.
• Promote all services offered at Beaverbrook.
• Ensure the billing procedure is thorough and accurate for each guest.
