Job summary

THE NICI Collection is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations across our luxury portfolio in the UK. You will work closely with the General Manager and department heads to drive standards, motivate teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

In this fast-paced role you will monitor performance, costs and budgets, support recruitment and development, and ensure health and safety and company procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel operations or senior hospitality management.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop teams.
• Hands-on approach to manage a busy, fast-paced operation.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Commercial awareness with cost control and performance driving.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving.
• Ability to build relationships across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across all departments.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department to drive performance and teamwork.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor labour costs and departmental budgets.
• Support recruitment, training and retention of team members.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and licensing.
• Drive efficiency and opportunities to improve service and profitability.
• Maintain visible leadership and lead by example.
• Collaborate with The NICI Collection to uphold standards.
