Job summary

THE NICI Collection is expanding with THE NICI New Forest and seeks an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily hotel operations. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional service, guest satisfaction and high operational standards across all departments.

This leadership role focuses on organising teams, overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house functions, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining THE NICI brand standards in every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Experienced Hotel Manager or Operations Leader in premium or luxury hotel environment.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership with visible, proactive management style.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Commercially aware with understanding of hotel operations, payroll and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the hotel.
• Coordinate activities of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa and guest facilities.
• Maintain a visible presence and ensure teams are supported and standards met.
• Oversee briefings, handovers and meetings to ensure clear communication.
• Identify operational issues and resolve promptly and effectively.
• Ensure staffing, resources and processes support smooth property running.
