Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or similar.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety and Fire Safety procedures.
• First Aid and Pool Responder certification (or willingness to train).

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the hotel during shift.
• Oversee guest services and coordinate events.
• Host and facilitate daily meetings with Heads of Department.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure compliance with regulations.
