Rosewood London is seeking a Group Sales Executive to drive group revenue through effective management of enquiries, qualification, and conversion while delivering personalised client experiences. You will position Rosewood London as a market leader within the groups and MICE segment and work to exceed revenue targets.

You will manage enquiries, prepare tailored proposals, conduct client presentations, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure flawless delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in group sales, MICE, or events sales within luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries and close group business.
• Strong organisational skills and discretion.

Aufgaben

• Manage and convert group and MICE enquiries from initial contact to contract stage.
• Prepare tailored proposals aligned with revenue strategy and pricing guidelines.
• Follow up on all enquiries to maximise conversion, pipeline and revenue.
• Act as primary contact for group clients, delivering personalised service throughout the journey.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, agencies and intermediaries.
• Conduct site inspections and client presentations to position the hotel effectively.
