Job summary

The Londoner in London seeks a Senior Group Sales Manager to lead end‑to‑end sales for corporate events and luxury group bookings. You will build strong client relationships, drive revenue targets and coordinate with Operations, Revenue, Marketing and Front Office to ensure flawless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has proven group sales experience in a 5‑star setting, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and a passion for delivering unforgettable luxury service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in group sales within a 5‑star hotel or luxury environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of revenue delivery.
• Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Confident, polished communicator able to influence at all levels.
• Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end group and events sales processes for corporate and luxury bookings.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and forecast accurately.
• Build relationships with clients, agencies and partners to maximise repeat business.
• Collaborate with Events Operations, Revenue, Marketing and Front Office to deliver flawless experiences.
