Miiro Hotels, a seven-townhouse luxury property group, seeks a Sales Executive to drive MICE and group business in London. You’ll prospect, present, and close with corporate clients, agencies, and event planners, leveraging our Design Hotels and Marriott Bonvoy connections for global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proactive sales or business development experience in a London lifestyle, boutique, or premium hotel environment.
• Experience in MICE and group sales is essential.
• Ability to map relationships with London venue-finding agencies, corporate EAs/PAs, and TMC desks.

Responsabilités

• Source and contract new MICE, corporate group, and private event business to hit targets.
• Execute weekly outbound prospecting via calls, LinkedIn, email cadences, and agency blitzes.
• Leverage Design Hotels and Marriott Bonvoy connections to secure global RFPs and VIP allocations.
• Develop event packages and collaborate with Marketing on promotions and campaigns.
• Ensure proposals, contracts, and master-billing terms are prepared promptly.
