Job summary

Six Senses London is seeking a Duty Manager to uphold the brand’s luxury standards across Front Office operations. You will lead shifts, maintain a visible presence with guests, and partner with managers to deliver seamless service.

You will collaborate with Reservations, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and others to anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and ensure memorable stays. Fluent English and a Hospitality degree with 4+ years in luxury hotel operations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management.
• 4+ years in luxury hotel operations.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Front Office operations during shifts.
• Maintain a strong, visible presence in guest areas and engage with guests.
• Support Front Office leadership in upholding service standards and excellence.
• Ensure a genuine, warm welcome and anticipate guest needs throughout their stay.
• Handle guest requests and follow up on issues to ensure recovery.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.
