Sustainability, Wellness, and Out of the Ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do at Six Senses. I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives.

  • Support the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in maintaining the highest standards of guest service and operational excellence.
  • Ensure each guest receives a genuine, warm and personalized welcome and that their individual needs and preferences are anticipated and attended to throughout their stay.
  • Take ownership of guest requests, concerns and complaints, delivering thoughtful and appropriate service recovery and ensuring effective follow-up.
  • Support and empower Supervisors, Guest Experience Makers and Guest Services hosts in resolving guest requests and concerns, stepping in when additional authority, judgement or support is required.
  • Work closely with Reservations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Guest Services, Security and other departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met, and the overall guest journey is seamless.
