Job summary

Six Senses London is seeking an In Room Dining Waiter to uphold our standards of hospitality and guest experience. You will support the In Room Dining Manager in delivering seamless room service, ensuring accuracy in orders, billing and presentation across luxury guest rooms.

You will need strong knowledge of F&B terms, wine service, and menu offerings, with a guest-first attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams to maintain Six Senses’ service levels.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Familiar with Food and Beverage terminology, service practices and hygiene standards.
• Understanding of wine service and menu knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating amenity deliveries and doorknob procedures as part of In Room Dining.
• Support Minibar team with collection, sanitation and filling of glass water bottles.
• Answer outlet telephone courteously and according to standards.
• Handle cashiering and guest billing; operate POS system and generate reports.
• Deliver food orders to guest rooms following internal standards and LQA guidelines.
• Know menu offerings, ingredients, and presentation; use appropriate glassware and tableware.
