Job summary

Six Senses London is seeking a professional Door Person to warmly welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and uphold the brand’s commitment to hospitality.

You will help with vehicle transfers, monitor entrance safety, and coordinate with security during events, always maintaining the highest standards of service and the LQA guidelines.

Fluent English is required and other languages are a plus; eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Right to work in the UK is mandatory; sponsorship is not available.
• Experience in a five-star hotel environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, using appropriate salutations.
• Open doors and assist guests entering or exiting the hotel.
• Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested.
• Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles.
• Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including entrance and report any defects.
• Monitor the entrance for unauthorized individuals or suspicious activity. Coordinate with security personnel to ensure guest safety.
• Manage crowd control during peak times or special events.
• Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
