Job summary

Six Senses London seeks a Deputy Chief Concierge to uphold the brand’s ethos of wellness, sustainability and personalised luxury. You will support the Chief Concierge in leading the Concierge team and ensuring flawless guest experiences across the hotel.

The role requires English fluency and supervisory experience. You will manage guest requests, plan experiences, coordinate transfers and maintain relationships with external partners to elevate service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field plus two-four years concierge experience including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiar with POS, PMS and CRM platforms. Excellent knowledge of guest related functions, guest service and local surrounding areas.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Concierge in daily duties and management of the Concierges, Bellmen and Doormen.
• Assess and update processes to stay relevant and aligned with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
• Respond to guest requests with personal recommendations to maximize satisfaction while complying with hotel standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and implement guest-focused procedures and standards.
• Assist guests with inquiries about services, hours, events, directions.
• Coordinate with departments for transfers and assist with transfers to/from the hotel.
• Recommend, plan and arrange activities and experiences for guests’ stay.
• Know events and venues in London to suggest relevant experiences.
• Maintain relationships with external agents, brokers and venues to ensure high service levels.
