Six Senses London is seeking a Deputy Chief Concierge to lead the Concierge team, uphold Six Senses standards, and weave sustainability into guest experiences. You will collaborate with departments, enhance service quality, and tailor recommendations to delight guests.

Ideal candidates hold a hotel management degree with 2–4 years in concierge, possess strong MS Office skills, and speak English fluently. Sponsorship is not available; right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field and 2–4 years concierge experience including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM).
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Concierge in managing the day-to-day operations of the Concierge team.
• Review processes to stay current with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
• Respond to guest requests with personalized recommendations to exceed standards.
• Coordinate with departments to arrange guest transfers and recommend activities.
• Maintain knowledge of London events and venues to advise guests.
• Build relationships with external agents, brokers and venues to ensure high service.
