Signature Senior Lifestyle in Hertford is hiring a Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff. You will manage the reception area, greet people, check ID and sign for deliveries, answer calls, direct inquiries, and handle emails and basic admin tasks using MS Office.

You'll also coordinate staff lunch rotas, manage post, and keep documents tidy while maintaining a professional, welcoming attitude.

Qualificações

• Be the first point of contact for visitors, residents and staff at the reception.
• Greet visitors professionally and check identification and visitor logs.
• Answer phones, redirect calls and manage emails and basic admin tasks using MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a welcoming reception area and tidy desk.
• Coordinate post and deliveries, sign for incoming items and manage staff lunch rotas.
• Support junior staff with filing, word processing and data entry as required.
