Signature Senior Lifestyle in Ascot seeks a Bank Receptionist to greet visitors, manage the switchboard, and handle admin tasks. You will ensure the entrance is welcoming, check IDs, and maintain logs for contractors while also answering calls and directing messages.

You should be friendly, well-organised, IT-literate (MS Office) with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Bank shifts offer flexibility and development opportunities.

Competenze

• Front-of-house reception experience and a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to greet visitors warmly and manage the till/visitor log when required.
• MS Office proficiency and basic admin skills for emails, filing and databases.

Mansioni

• Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check visitor identities and manage visitor logs and contractor sign-in.
• Answer phones, redirect calls, and record messages as needed; handle emails and faxes.
• Undertake front-desk admin duties, filing, word processing and database upkeep.
• Organise staff lunch rotas, receive post, and sign for incoming mail as needed.
