Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited is seeking a Bank Receptionist at our luxury care home in Ascot. You will be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and residents in a professional, friendly manner while maintaining records and handling calls, emails and post.

The role includes organizing staff lunch rotas, handling post, and supporting senior staff with administrative tasks, using MS Office and maintaining a welcoming entrance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Previous switchboard experience is preferred.
• Strong professional telephone manners and courteous communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and greet with a professional, friendly manner.
• Check visitors' identity and log as required, and sign contractor logs.
• Answer the phone, redirect calls, and record messages; manage emails and faxes.
• Perform office duties: filing, word processing, updating databases, and photocopying.
• Organise staff lunch rotas, manage post and sign for incoming post when needed.
