Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited is seeking a Bank Receptionist at our luxurious Enfield care home. You will greet visitors, manage the reception area, and ensure a warm, professional welcome while handling calls, mail, and basic admin tasks.

You’ll work on a bank basis with shifts from 08:00–14:00 and 14:00–20:00. The role requires a friendly, proactive approach and MS Office proficiency to support residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience handling switchboard and front-desk duties.
• Excellent communication and friendly, professional manner.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming first impression.
• Answer calls, redirect and record messages; manage emails and faxes as needed.
• Maintain visitor book, check IDs, and sign for deliveries and contractors.
• Organise staff lunch rotas and manage post; filing and data entry when required.
• Assist with general admin tasks and support senior staff.
