Soho House is seeking a Receptionist to deliver seamless front-of-house service and support Club operations. You will be the first contact for members and guests, setting a tone of discretion, efficiency and elegance from arrival.

The role emphasizes a welcoming atmosphere, strong communication, and collaboration with the team across the premises. Key duties include greeting guests by name, handling high-volume calls, managing guest lists, and maintaining a spotless reception area.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of front desk experience in luxury hospitality or private clubs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera/OpenTable) and guest management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests warmly and by name where possible.
• Answer high-volume calls for reservations, inquiries and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Assist with guest lists, coat checks and guest feedback.
• Support team with daily operations and service standards.
