Soho House & Co. is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering a seamless front-of-house experience with discretion and elegance. You will support day-to-day club coordination and help set the welcoming tone from arrival.

With 2-3 years in a front desk role and experience in luxury hospitality, you will handle reservations, guest lists, and guest requests while maintaining a polished, guest-first approach across all areas of the club.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a front desk role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or private members clubs.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members/guests at the front desk.
• Answer high-volume phone lines for reservations and inquiries.
• Manage guest lists and coat/check duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and knowledge of facilities.
