Fundamental Hospitality in London seeks a confident, guest-focused Receptionist to join one of our luxury dining teams. You will be the first point of contact for guests, manage reservations, coordinate arrivals, and uphold the group’s high standards of hospitality.

Collaborating with management and front-of-house, you’ll convey a polished, warm, and professional demeanour. London destinations include GAIA, La Maison Ani, and Shanghai Me, offering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Previous Receptionist experience within luxury restaurants, five-star hotels, or premium hospitality.
• Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A confident, warm, and professional approach.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• The right to live and work in the UK.
