The Langham London is seeking a Receptionist (Guest Services Agent) to join the Front Office team. You will deliver service at the highest level with a hospitality mindset and immaculate presentation, handling check-ins, payments, and guest queries in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

The role offers exposure to Opera/Shiji front office systems and a chance to progress within Europe’s iconic Grand Hotel. A strong service ethic and ability to handle challenging situations are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a Front Office within a similar environment.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
• Ability to deal with challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a check-in procedure.
• Room the guests.
• Perform a check-out procedure.
• Deal with guest queries.
• Take payments and process billing.
• Carry out the cashiering procedure at the end of each shift.
