Qualifications

• Experience in night reception or front office supervisory.
• Knowledge of Opera or similar hotel system.

• Oversee the overnight guest journey, handle late arrivals/departures and guest requests.
• Maintain safety and security overnight, conduct checks, and ensure proper handovers.
