Job summary

Manchester Deansgate Hotel, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Front Office Nights Receptionist to warmly welcome guests, manage late check-ins and night operations in a luxury setting. Qualifications

• Experience in a Nights Reception or reception role in a hotel.
• Familiarity with Opera or similar reception system (not essential).
• Ability to work 39 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Checking in late-arrival guests and checking out early-departure guests using Opera or similar system.
• Handling ad-hoc guest requests throughout the night and providing effective service recoveries to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring guest and colleague safety and completing relevant checks and recordings.
• Performing ad-hoc tasks during the night, including running reports and desk coverage.
