We are looking for someone who can work 39 hours per week.
As a Front Office Nights Receptionist (Full-Time), you can expect to carry out the following duties… Checking in our late-arrival guests and checking out our early-departure guests (you will greet our guests with a warm and authentic welcome, using Opera to check in our guests effectively)
Ensuring the safety of our Guests and Colleagues (you will be focussed on ensuring a safe environment for our Guests and Colleagues, completing relevant checks and recording information via reports)
Completing ad-hoc tasks throughout the night (this is a varied role and you will be dealing with a variety of tasks such as running reports, manning the reception desk, cleaning and completing checks around the hotel
