Qualifications

• Experience in Nights Reception in a hotel; Opera or similar system.
• Strong problem-solving and quick thinking.
• Attention to detail with awareness of health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Check in late-arrival guests and check out early-departure guests using Opera for efficient check-in.
• Handle ad-hoc guest requests and problem-solve to elevate guest stays.
• Maintain safety by completing checks and recording information via reports.
• Run reports, manning the reception desk, and completing routine checks overnight.
