Job summary

The Manchester Deansgate Hotel, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, is seeking a Concierge for a full-time role (39 hours per week). You will greet guests, offer local recommendations, and collaborate with reception to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. A full UK driving license is required for valet duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within a hotel or hospitality venue.
• Excellent personal communication skills and knowledge of local area hotspots.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy hotel environment.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests and greet with a warm, authentic welcome.
• Recommend food, drinks and local entertainment to guests.
