Job summary

Ballymore is recruiting a Concierge for Embassy Gardens in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role runs 42 hours per week on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern, with day and night coverage.

The position offers an hourly rate of £13.79 and duties include greeting residents, handling requests, maintaining security, and coordinating with estate staff. Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to residents and handle requests efficiently.
• Assist with security of residents and building to maintain safety.
• Handle concierge enquiries in person, by email and by phone promptly and professionally.
• Meet and greet residents, guests and clients and offer a welcoming service.
• Maintain smooth operation of estate communications (telephone, radios, intercom, etc.).
• Ensure access control and verify authorized personnel.
• Issue visitor parking permits and explain parking procedures.
• Support estate security by liaising with security staff and reporting concerns.
• Coordinate with cleaning staff on waste removal and procedures.
• Report safety, security, incidents and accidents accurately.
• Safekeep security keys and follow SOPs for access.
• Respond to resident enquiries within required timeframes.
• Process residents’ dry cleaning/laundry with proper paperwork.
• Conduct night-time key audits and follow up on missing keys.
• Proactively address maintenance and cleaning issues in the estate.
• Handle data securely and comply with GDPR.
• Log accidents and maintain the accident book.
• Operate lobby lights as required.
• Stay calm under high-pressure situations and handle challenging people.
• Conduct monthly stock checks of first-aid and concierge supplies.
• Assist residents in a friendly, proactive and efficient manner.
