Job summary

Ballymore is looking for a Yard Person/Cleaner to join the Estate Team at Embassy Gardens in SW11. The role entails maintaining external grounds and delivering high standards of cleanliness and presentation for the residential development.

The position is on-site with shift hours from 20:00 to 5:00, 5 days a week. The pay is £13.68 per hour, with a permanent contract of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Yard Person/Cleaner within residential developments.
• Good team player with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain external grounds of the estate and building externals to a high standard.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents encountered.
• Comply with Ballymore Group policies and estate procedures.
• Ensure staff uniforms and appearance standards are followed.
• Display and follow Health & Safety signs and procedures for chemicals/equipment.
• Water landscaping, keep paths and gardens clean, clear litter and debris.
• Clean and maintain railings, signage, and lighting fittings as required.
• Report damages or faults to the line manager promptly.
