Ballymore is seeking a Night Concierge for New Providence Wharf in London. You will deliver a high-quality concierge service to residents, assist with building security, and manage queries via in-person, email, or phone contact.

The role emphasizes polite, calm interaction under pressure, ensuring access control, parcel handling, and collaboration with estate staff while maintaining data protection as required by GDPR.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality service to residents and handle requests promptly.
• Assist with security of residents and the building to ensure safety.
• Handle all concierge enquiries in person, by email or by phone professionally.
• Accept and issue residents' parcels.
• Meet and greet residents, guests and clients with a professional demeanor.
• Maintain smooth operation of estate communications systems (telephone, radios, intercom).
• Ensure access is restricted to authorised persons only.
• Issue visitor parking permits and explain procedures.
• Support security through regular communication and incident reporting.
• Liaise with cleaning staff about rubbish removal and estate cleanliness.
• Report accidents, health and safety issues, and incidents.
• Safekeep security keys and verify authorisation before access.
