Job summary

PRADA Bond Street is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to deliver an extraordinary luxury experience for clients in-store and online. You will drive sales, demonstrate Prada knowledge and nurture relationships through the CRM, while embodying the brand’s philosophy and omni-channel approach.

You will work as part of a team, exceeding targets and maintaining premium service with attention to product details, stock, and reporting requirements in a dynamic luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in luxury or premium brands and exceptional client service.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and work in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Place the customer at the centre and deliver an outstanding luxury service.
• Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and Prada heritage.
• Capture client data in the CRM to personalize outreach.
• Promote an Omni Channel experience and online/offline integration.
• Maintain stock and support daily store operations with Back of House.
• Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the manager and service teams.
• Engage with fashion trends to discuss with customers and advise them.
• Ensure compliance with procedures on stock, security, and reporting.
