You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience.

You are a confident communicator with a keen eye for detail, eager to learn luxury watch knowledge and contribute to a premium customer journey across our brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude and organised.
• Experience delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Experience making and serving beverages.
• Strong communication skills with clients.
• Willing to learn luxury watches and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stocked client experience stations and VIP room.
• Assist Sales Consultants in showroom to deliver exceptional client experiences.
