WATCHES OF SWITZERLAND is seeking a Client Experience Host for our luxury showroom in Greater London. You will help deliver an exceptional client journey, keep client experience stations stocked and tidy, and support Sales Consultants in the VIP room in delivering an outstanding client experience.

This role suits a can-do individual with great communication, a passion for luxury watches, and a collaborative team spirit.

Qualifications

• Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on exceptional client service.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn about watches and products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client experience stations are well stocked and maintained.
• Assist Sales Consultants in showroom and VIP room to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Engage with clients, answer questions and guide them through the experience.
