The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a Client Experience Host (Part Time) to deliver a luxury client journey in our Manchester showroom. You will engage with clients from showroom entry to post-sale, ensuring a personal and memorable experience.

You will spend significant time on the shop floor, building rapport with clients and supporting smooth operations with back-office tasks. This role suits someone with hospitality or luxury retail background and superb teamwork.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience within hospitality or luxury retail.
• Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients.
• A great understanding of what an exceptional customer experience looks like.
• Experience of working within a high performing team.
• Excellent organisational skills.
