Job summary

Max Mara Fashion Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a FULL TIME CLIENT ADVISOR for weekend shifts at our flagship store. You will share the brand's DNA and provide luxury service to drive sales and build our client base.

You will assist customers in line with brand philosophy, maintain high standards, manage queries, and develop lasting client relationships. Training is provided and a competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Good conversational English.
• 1–3 years of retail experience; luxury a plus.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver consistent, professional service to every customer.
• Motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
• Continuously maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
• Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
• Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized
• Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge
• Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Deals with customer queries and complaints
• Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store
