Max Mara Fashion Group is recruiting for a Part-time Weekend Client Advisor at Harrods. The role focuses on delivering brand DNA to clients, driving sales and growing the customer base within a luxury retail environment.

You will support in-store operations, maintain high service standards, and build strong client relationships while representing the brand’s values during weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate good conversational English.
• Have minimum 1-3 years of Retail experience; luxury a plus.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service.
• Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
• Continuously maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
• Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute in the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
• Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized;
• Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge;
• Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Deals with customer queries and complaints;
• Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store
